How do we get started?
Submit the enquiry form. If aligned, you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire and project proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.

Do you offer discovery calls?
Projects are primarily managed via written communication for clarity and efficiency. Clear communication throughout the process ensures expectations are managed from the outset.

How long does a project take?
Branding projects typically take 2–3 weeks. Website projects range from 3–6 weeks depending on scope and responsiveness.

2. Pricing & Payment

How is payment structured?
A 50% deposit secures your project slot. Work commences once the deposit has cleared. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery or launch.

How do I make payment?

Payment of the deposit, and the remainder on completion, can be made by bank transfer.

Are there any additional costs?
Additional revisions, expanded scope, or add-on services are billed separately and agreed in writing before proceeding.

3. Revisions & Scope

How many revisions are included?
Each project includes one structured revision round. Additional refinements can be arranged at an agreed hourly rate.

What if I change my mind mid-project?
Significant direction changes may require a revised proposal and adjusted timeline.

4. Technical & Delivery

What platform do you build on?
Wix is my primary platform, however others such as Shopify and Wordpress may be considered on request.

Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes. All websites include a video walkthrough explaining how to manage and update content confidently.

Do you provide ongoing support?
Optional ongoing optimisation and support packages are available after launch.

Due to the nature of creative services, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If concerns arise during the process, they are addressed within the agreed revision structure to ensure clarity and alignment before final delivery.
